Deshalb wird der Betrieb eines Online- Shops für viele Unternehmer zu einer interessanten und ertragreichen Alternative. In der nachfolgenden Arbeit werden zuerst die Standardkomponenten eines Online-Shopsystems erläutert. Anschließend werden die verschiedenen Shopsystemarten vorgestellt. Schwerpunkt der Arbeit ist ein Vergleich von drei Shopsystemlösungen für kleine Unternehmen. Diese Systeme werden sowohl aus der Kunden-, als auch aus der Anbietersicht gegenübergestellt, bevor in einer Gesamtauswertung auf die besonderen Stärken und Schwächen der einzelnen Systeme eingegangen wird. Im abschließenden Fazit wird eine Zukunftsprognose für den Online- Shopsystemmarkt abgegeben.
