Studienarbeit aus dem Jahr 2008 im Fachbereich Soziologie - Kommunikation, Note: 1,4, SRH Fachhochschule Heidelberg, Sprache: Deutsch, Abstract: Der Begriff Feedback kommt ursprünglich aus der Kybernetik, also der Lehre der Regelungsprozesse. Es bezeichnet im Grunde die Rückmeldung, Rückkoppelung und/oder Rückfütterung von Informationen.

Feedback lässt sich aus zwei Komponenten zusammen setzen, nämlich aus dem Geben und Nehmen von Feedback. Außerdem kann man diese Rückmeldung als eine selbst-ständige Gesprächsform definieren, denn durch Beobachtung kann man einer Person sagen, wie man ihn sieht und man kann selbst lernen, wie man auf andere wirkt und von anderen gesehen wird.

Im Allgemeinen sollte man einige Dinge im Vorfeld beachten, so dass die Kommunikation durch mögliche Missverständnisse nicht aus den Bahnen gerät. Deshalb sollten innerhalb der Gruppe bzw. unter den Teilnehmern Regeln erarbeitet werden, die von Sen-dern sowie Empfängern einzuhalten sind. Um eventuelle Komplikationen zu vermeiden, sollte speziell die Gruppenleitung auf die Unterschiede von Kindern/Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen eingehen. Junge Teilnehmer sind oftmals recht unbekümmert und rücksichtslos. Sie können selten die möglichen Folgen einschätzen, die sie durch ihre Rückmeldungen auslösen. Bei Erwachsenen dagegen hat man in nicht seltenen Fällen mit deren Ängsten zu kämpfen. Die Vorstellung allein, dass jemand ihnen eine Rückmeldung über ihre Wirkung nach außen gibt, kann bei einigen Furcht und Abwehr gegen diese analysierende Gesprächsform auslösen. Die Teilnehmer denken hierbei sofort an die eigene selbstkritische Auseinandersetzung und ihrer charakterlichen Fehlerhaftigkeit. Deshalb hat der Gruppenleiter die Aufgabe unter den Beteiligten ein respektvolles, vertrauenswürdiges und wertschätzendes Miteinander aufzubauen, denn gutes Feedback kann nur in einer Gruppe mit Zusammenhalt statt finden. Zwar braucht der Prozess bis hin zum „Feedback- Geben“ Zeit und Übung, jedoch kann man generell sagen, dass diese Art der Kommunikation für den Arbeitsprozess innerhalb einer Gruppe sehr hilfreich sein kann. Durch den „ehrlichen“ Gesprächsaustausch lassen sich Beziehungsschwierigkeiten vermeiden, die zum Scheitern der Aufgabe führen könnten.
