Ich möchte vielmehr einen etwas detaillierteren Einblick in sein Leben zwischen 1963 und 1979 geben, als einen allgemeinen Überblick über sein gesamtes Leben, da ich denke, dass diese 16 Jahre den entscheidenden Hinweis auf das Verständnis der Ballade bringen. Allerdings kann ich auch nur einen relativ kurzen Einblick in diese Zeit geben, ansonsten wäre der Rahmen der Hausarbeit gesprengt. Derjenige, der sich für weitere Details interessiert, dem seien die Bücher aus der Literaturliste empfohlen. Ich konnte nur die wichtigsten Fakten aus ihnen verwenden.
Die zeitgeschichtliche Einordnung habe ich auch deswegen so genau vorgenommen, da ich leider keine direkte Entstehungsgeschichte finden konnte, nur einen Hinweis, den ich später in den Interpretationsansätzen erwähnen werde.
